My consultation fee is $280 for a one-hour consultation. There is an added fee of $100 for a same-day consultation. We try to respond within 24 hours of request submission, but if you require urgent assistance or wish to schedule a same-day consultations, please call our office at 901-507-4270 and my paralegal, Jessica Martinez, will be happy to assist you with scheduling a consultation appointment.

The form below must be fully completed before we can schedule a telephone or in-person consultation with you. The information submitted with this form will be kept strictly confidential.

Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you to confirm your appointment time.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), or you can mail in your payment by check, cash or money order prior to your scheduled consultation appointment. Our office will provide further instructions on payment when the appointment is set.
